We design each configuration to suit the space – the diameters of the space where you want to place the tiles – my designer will provide you with a few options from which you can choose or request changes.

I shall provide you with an estimated quote once you have provided the proposed diameters.

Kerith: I have attached a picture of the wall that would require the tiles.  It does not have dimensions, however, perhaps you can take a look and let me know whether you think the tiles would work in an area such as this.

Please note: Panels with less words will cost lest and this layout could possibly even work with 5 longish herb names. For perfect words, and to be on the safe side, I produce all these word tiles in triplicate, and due to the words stretching over two tiles it takes that much longer to align and prepare.

Other word or phrase options that one can consider are:

Kerith: We have decided to go for option 2 - the less 'busy' of the two options.  Please can you talk me through the delivery process - obviously we are concerned that the tiles do not get broken en route to our kitchen.  Is the delivery fee included?

Re Delivery:

Yes the courier cost is included.

• Due to us dispatching to clients worldwide, the tiles are all parceled with 10mm polystyrene in-between each tile; the double corrugated boxes are lined with 20mm polystyrene.
• If, in the unfortunate occasion you do receive a broken tile/s, we shall replace it free of charge.
• In our 22 years we have never lost tiles due to delivery – only twice were extra tiles send due to the installers dropping a tile.
• These panels are produced with many overruns, and we pack extras of each plain tile.

You really do not have to worry; the tiles will arrive safely, with installation manuals and diagrams which are numbered and correspond to the numbered tiles.

The parcels have arrived!  We took a sneak-peek at the Lucy tile and although it brought on some tears, we are amazed at how beautifully you have captured the essence of Lucy.  This is so special to us and we thank and your team deeply and sincerely!

Our kitchen installation has been somewhat delayed (what's unusual about that!) due to weather (torrential rain in winter!) and the strike!  However, we're looking forward to seeing the tiles in place within a month or so.
