We are known for our exceptional services, as this latest copy from an e-mail from a client in Denmark, " Hi Gerrit, Now I am flabbergasted (new word for me J) Your service is amazing !, Best regards, Susanne " I attach her quote and layouts, but please note that this quote might differ substantially from yours depending on the level of customization you request. She chose her own words and opted for English, but you could choose French, German or any language you prefer as long that you supply the correct spelling. Her tiles were not the cast variety but a more expensive hand pressed tile, specially done for her, she could truly boast " A One Of A Kind Kitchen! ".
 
The most economical option by air will be if you collect at an airport close to you. For a normal sized tile panel with words it could be as little as 250 Euros, but this I can only confirm when I know the area that you wish to cover with our tiles. The quotes are in ZAR with 1 Euro =+/- 11 ZAR.

Heidi I shall welcome dimensions and some kind of brief including the deadline, without these it will be difficult to quote accurately. We are known for our services the world over and hope to deliver services that will make your kitchen uniquely yours.
 
Heidi: after reading all the information I feel it best to wait until next tuesday after the kitchen is put in, to measure the exact size the panel should be and then order it. This also gives me a bit of time to decide which words I would like to have and the best colour once I see the kitchen standing there in 3-D. So you will hear from me soon, thank-you,

Heidi: enclosed are two pictures of our new kitchen for you to superimpose the design. The exact measurements are 105.3 x 74.2 cm

Heidi: I think deep charcoal grey sounds beautiful. The words I have chosen are: Thyme, Dill, Oregano, Coriander, Sage, Basil, Rosemary & Chives.

All of our friends can hardly wait to see your tiles!

•   Delivery by air door to door will cost approximately R4600, transit time 3-5 days with DHL, trackable and insured against loss, OR

•   Delivery by standard air mail to your door will be R2770, with a transit time of 5 – 12 working days, can not be tracked in real time but is insured against loss.

Gerrit: Gillian spent a few hours on your layouts, and the layout attached is the most harmonious one.  Are you considering tiling the walls to the left and right as well? If you do and wish to use the same plain coloured tile as in the panel, please forward the exact dimensions and Gillian will visualize that as well.
 
I am waiving the artwork and layout costs, 10%, and this is our festive gift to you.

 Heidi: Wow!! They look gorgeous!!

The walls to each side will be covered in a stucco like material they use in Switzerland to cover walls, that way I can paint them whatever color I want whenever they need it.

• The tiles on the picture look nice and light whilst the tiles on the layout look a bit grey.... Sorry to be so detailed but I love the lightness in the picture, will the actual tiles be that shade?? If yes, then please do forward the final invoice and thank you for the wonderful gift.

We have never been to South Africa, but several of our friends are from there.

Heidi: We can hardly wait and our friends too! I will be having a baby shower for 2 of my friends and I wish they could be in by then for all to see! Well will see. The tile workman was here yesterday and prepared the area. Is there any special kind of cement to be used for hand made tiles? And would you suggest that the grout is white?  Would you e-mail me as soon as the package is sent off? I suppose I will also need the package number.

For the Grout colour: Bone to off-white to use with our natural to off-white colours:

•     4 Parts Tylon " White"
•     1/2 Part Tylon " Ivory"
•     1/2 Part Tylon " Light Grey"

Heidi: Our parcel arrived !! We are very pleased with your work. The tiles are gorgeous.

Heidi: Sorry it has taken so long for me to reply. But the tiles were only placed last Thursday! We had a long wait for the gentleman who put them in to come.
Next week they will put in the rubbery silicone "filler" around the very outer edge and finally the kitchen will be done! I will wait until then to send pictures.  Here however I note my feedback.
