We received the following antique tile to replicate and to use in a mural to break the starkness of a large white wall outside a kitchen courtyard.
The prototype was hand carved and the soft blue was specially formulated and hand painted by brush. In addition to the mural the client considered a fountain in the centre in front of the mural. A commercial pot was sourced and adapted to become a fountain.
We only have an image of the installation excluding the fountain. The concept above has a fully hand thrown base and cone for the fountain instead of the cheaper commercial base pots in the two options above the handmade fountain. The best image is of the handmade Art Deco tiles on the floor at the studio!
