Return Policy Regarding Online Shopping Orders
In the very unlikely situation that you are not flabbergasted by your new acquisition and wish to return or exchange it, we may at our discretion choose to authorize a return for a refund or exchange with the understanding that we shall charge 30% of the item cost as handling charges.
1. Cancellations can only be made 24hrs of the order being placed. 2. The refund must be requested within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. 3. Please provide your order number, telephone number and email address that was processed with your order to assist us in the exchange or return process and to ensure proper credit to your account. We will email you a confirmed letter authorizing the return and refund amount along with complete instructions on where to send your return package. 4. The item must be in its original new condition. 5. Once your package with the undamaged and original new item is received, we will promptly apply a refund to your credit card that was used during the checkout process for the purchase amount minus the shipping fees applied to the order and the 30% handling charge. 6. We will send another email notice to confirm the receipt of your return order and refund amount. 7. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you insure the package as it is your proof of return.

Please provide your order number, telephone number and email address that was processed with your order to assist us in the exchange or return process and to ensure proper credit to your account if you choose not to receive a similar replacement. 3. Be so kind to forward images of the parcel and the damaged items. 4. You must keep all original packing materials and box(es) together with the damaged item . This is important as the scan codes on the boxes might be needed for the insurance claims. 5. We will give you further instructions by e-mail when you contact us. 6.We will promptly ship you a replacement. All our items are a one-of-a-kind in which case you can use the credit toward another item or we can issue a full credit towards the credit card account used in the transaction.
