Why is there only "one in stock" of all your handmade tiles? All our handmade and hand painted tiles are one of a kind. Occasionally we do print or use transfers and this will be clearly stated and will be noticeable at stock levels higher than "1". How long will it take for me to receive my products after placing my order? All the handmade tiles that you see in our shop are held in stock and only customized orders will still need to be made. On confirmed payment the tiles will ship and/or handed to courier within 48 hours and occasionally within 72 hours. Delivery times depend on the postal service you choose, as well as where you live. What is your returns policy? If a product is damaged or flawed on receiving it, please inform Southern Art Ceramics within 24 hours of receipt. We will either make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned to us and have a replacement sent to you on our account or alternatively you could choose to be refunded in full for the damaged product. PLEASE DO NOTE that items are all made by hand and so slight discrepancies may exist between different products. Some tiles may even use "cracks" as part of its decorative features. We think that this adds to their charm. Please consult our detailed Terms and Conditions and Return Policy. I'd like to send someone a gift. Is this possible? Southern Art Ceramics does offer a gift wrapping and tag service. Once adding the selected gift to your cart, follow the check-out process. In Step 3 you could comment that you wish you have gift items in your order. You should then type your message to the recipient of the gift into the blank box below. Please note that you must add separate messages to separate items if sending gifts to more than one recipient. *And please don't forget to submit the recipient's address as the shipping address. How do I make a payment if I do not have a credit card? NOTE: Only South Africans can currently pay via Direct Deposit. When checking out, you are given the option to pay with a credit card or to pay by Direct Deposit. Once you have chosen Direct Deposit, our banking details will be displayed. Please make a note of these. You can either deposit the money through your online banking service, or at a bank – whichever is easiest for you. How much does it cost to have my goods delivered? Shipping costs depend on which postal service you select, how much your parcel weighs, what the volumetric weight of the parcel is and where you live. The cost is calculated by the online shipping system's calculator. South Africans can choose between Counter to Counter and Door to Door services while only the Door to Door service is offered to international customers. Due to the fact that we will not be able to track and receive notification of delivery we shall only consider budget delivery options to international destinations if the client sign a pledge that he/she will not request any refund in case of non delivery. We have never lost any parcel using these budget options. Can I arrange to have my tiles collected at the studio? Both South African and International clients can arrange to have the items collected at the studio, and this choice will be available as an option before you exit to Setcom for payment. How do I know if a product is out of stock? No product is ever out of stock as all can be made on placement of an order, our artists shall then customize a similar tile. Do you deliver to international addresses? We do sell to a number of foreign countries (UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand). Currently, we send through DHL who deliver to your door. Parcels usually take between 2 and 7 working days to be delivered .
